The Re-Entry Success Program (R.S.P) was built from both professional expertise and lived experience. It provides participants with the resources, mentorship, and the skills needed to move forward after setbacks, justice involvement, or personal challenges.
RSP is more than a program — it’s a community of support, guidance, and opportunity for those ready to rebuild their future with Live the dream alliance.

With the Re-Entry Success Program, you'll receive:
- Personalized Coaching: 2× one-on-one sessions per month with a Career Development & Management Agent (CDMA)
- Workshops: Job readiness, financial literacy, and mental wellness every month
